While only comprised of four implants, the All-on-4® still gives patients high stability to go along with a great fit. The four implants used comprise of two axial implants and two tilted. By tilting the posterior implants, the patient is provided with an efficient and time-saving form of treatment with immediate loading.

When it comes to choosing the right abutment for the procedure, Nobel recommends that surgeons use TiUnite implants. The unique oxidized surface of a TiUnite abutment maintains implant stability through faster bone formation and assures long-term success and stability for the patient.

The All-on 4® offers a restorative concept to oral surgeons that proves to be efficient and economical in nature. Thanks to dedicated drilling protocols and favorable design,
the All-on 4® can be loaded with provisional restoration on the day of surgery. Once this procedure is performed, the All-on4® has a high survival rate of up to 10 years follow-up in the mandible and 5 years in the maxilla.

Further affirming the All-on 4® restoration as a durable and versatile one, optimal esthetics can be achieved by adding a CAD/CAM restoration such as Titanium Bridges or Hybrid Bars.
